(NYSE: MDC), one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of forty cents($0.40) per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
